Time to boycott Amazon India?

Is it just me or Amazon (India) has been giving extremely hard time to it’s customers? Random account locking, giftcard getting stuck, despicable customer support for order issues for no fault of customer, random removal of netbanking, pay on delivery options, and doubting every action of it’s customer and making ridiculous demands to prove innocence. The list is endless. So much for a “Customer Centric Company”. They change policies every other quarter. They don’t really care about customers anymore. I feel very disappointed lately by their services. What do you guys think?

Bhai, they started randomly tagging your account for trivial issues. Like your default address, billing address debit card, your mobile, your everything has to match. Sometimes we don’t notice these small things. But they dont even email you about it.

Hahaha, they cancelled my order twice and I get email saying “delivery was attempted but I was unavailable”! This didnt happen in the past.

When there was loot of 1000 cashback on 1000 purchase using various promocodes I looted 5k worth products for free after that loot Amazon blocked all my account
Now I am maintaining only one prime account and it’s my primary account

As per my experience no other website t gives free shopping all year July+September+october+ now January loot amazon is getting strict with their cc as people are taking advantage of their facilities

Apna credit/debit card, billing address, default address, name number sab match karlo waqt rahte. Also dont rely on amazonpay. They would lock your giftcard balance permanently over system glitches.
