Can someone please check if they’re able to load money anywhere else using tmw wallet virtual or physical cards?
Transaction failed
All transactions ATM/Swiping machines/online payment gateways are declined for TMW Physical/virtual cards. No one is picking the Call center phone. Looks like some thing fishy…

Noone is able to do it right now.
Try calling their cc and see if they pick up and respond.
They might be doing some upgrade.

Yeah im also facing the same issue.
Currently I have 1300 rupees in my wallet. But once I use the card, its displaying message ‘Insufficient balance’
Called them today and they told that it will get resolved by July 19th

Hi Guys ,Dont Worry about that ,Im a TMW user and Im able to contact them,They said that currently they are upgrading their app,And it will be ok on July 31st .Afterwards You can Enjoy Your bigger,better Tmw wallet.Hope you understand

I just tried and unable to use Virtual card anywhere. I tried to transfer the amount to my bank account (by paying 2.95%) and it gives me the error message – IMPS service isn’t available or down. There is no way I can use my 20k rupees. I hope they will fix it by July 31st as some of the people mentioned here!
Is the physical master card or virtual master card working any where?

Not working , Money Transfer through message of IMPS down. Gift Card Buy Option throws Failed Transaction , ATM not working ,Virtual Card not Working anywhere , I think I am gonna lose my 8.5k , Sent them e-mail , No reply from them , can we complain it to RBI ?
What is the benefit of using TMW? Earlier it used to work on Cred, but doesn’t work now.
It stopped working on Kotak811 too. Now it is not useful.
Some people posted in Goolge play TMW app comment section that the Wallet cards are working. But my FKYC master cards (physical/virtual) are not working. Can some one test the Master card and Rupay card, whether they are working or not?
I dont have a Rupay card. How do I get Rupay card, if it is working.
In virtual card page click block card. New rupay card will get generated instantly.
I blocked the virtual card and to generate a new virtual card, the charges are 20 rupees. Same issue with new card as well.
