Topped up 20 Rupees on Jio - 2 GB Query

After the announcement from Jio I topped Rs. 20 as usual we do in our main balance , so that I can recharge when I reach 399 , when did 20 topup i received 2 GB voucher and when i try to activate that voucher, it says I don’t have any valid plan to activate it. Why and how to activate the same.

You are using old 399 plan if recharged after 10 th means it will work
