Tracking referral bonus in zingoy
I joined zingoy on 1st January, 2018 with my friend referral. Till today I did not received the referral bonus Rs.50. I tried to contact with them via chat. One executive replied me “Hi” via chat then I elaborated my query from then no reply in chat.
Is there any other way that I can reach their customer service?

If you send a message that you are facing problems buying 10k worth gv, they will reply within minutes. But when it comes to providing after sale support, they suck big time.
