Transaction failed while trying to pay at LIC via bharatqr

Hey guys,would appreciate your help on this one.So I was paying on lic through bharatqr by scanning through payzapp.
Unfortunately the transaction showed failed on payzapp but the amount was deducted and the lic page did not move forward.How many days does it require to get the refund? T.I.A

Oh, i forgot to update this thread. The transaction was unsuccessful and i got the refund on the 10th working day from it.

I was paying through main website as they have variety of options.You can pay through paytm and phonepe too but unfortunately no offers for any afaik, could be there for new accounts.
