Trendin Credits Anyone else facing issue?

I have placed an order in trendin on 26th with the 750 credits….They have cancelled the order on 28th saying the product is out of stock and the credits are not yet credited back. Today is the expiry date, customer care is saying it’s processed and wait for 24 hours.
Anyone else facing issue with trendin like this?
