h1. Download 2 apps:
1)xposed installer from link (http://dl.xposed.info/late…pk)
2)Imei changer from link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?…)
Steps to do:
1)Install app
2)Enable module in xposed framework
3)Come back to app and enter new value
4)Press Apply
5)Go to xposed module
6)Open framework page
7)Do a soft reboot
8)Open the app
And you can see new value.
do it for the number of times you want to do recharge.

Agreed with teltime. Btw i think every one know this 
Changing IMEI is illegal. Definitely so when it concerns a real device.But if u use emulators all u r doing is altering fake IMEI. And most importantly u r not impersonating anyone. If u reinstall Bluestacks after Windows reinstall ur IMEI automatically changes. Also when it comes to a real device there is a small chance of bricking ur device. The noobs are esp. advised to stay away.
can this be used on cdma phones to alter meid too
if possible we wont have tp depend on meid reg. any more and it wud be possible to use imported non sim based phones in india too
Changing IMEI is a crime. Better not to do unethical things for such benefits
