TSSPCDL electricity bill Paid twice by mistake on niki last month

no arreas shown in tsspcdl app or current bill.
last month i supposed to pay 172 but by mistake i paid 164 also so total 336 which was showing in tsspcdl app and the excess 164 should get adjusted or should show in arreas and that didnot happend
ps: current month bill was 118

Your balance is -261. It clearly says you paid 336 for april which is 172+164. Dont worry and less 261 from your next bill before paying

Mostly they will provide you the respective area AE’s contact number.contact him he will show some resolution for sure.
I was paid some 700 rs extra last month .that amount was succesfully adjusted in this months bill.btw i was paid before the hacking date..
is there any official or un official update regarding this?
what all data got leaked?
check out bill history in tsspdcl app…should show the amount in arrears
