TSSPDCL bill not update, paid via Niki app

I paid TSSPDCL electricity bill on 7th May ’19, 5:51 pm but bill still not update on TSSPDCL website.
already contact Niki, got a reply “it generally takes 03-05 working days to receive payment confirmation from your electricity board although the payment gets processed immediately from our end.”
Amount Paid for Current Month still showing – Rs. 0.0
5 working days already passed.

Try paying from Paytm/Amazon then it will fetch details and if payment from Nikki is credited then paytm/Amz will show net amount to be paid. So you know indirectly if and how much bill is paid.

Niki payment not credited yet.
Any update on this? Even I paid a TSSPDCL bill on 12th. Showing success in niki but not credited to biller. Still showing amount in paytm. Is it specific for TSSPDCL???

contacted cc they first replied its been paid successfully and now when I sent the ss they are saying they will refund if it fails. Was planning other bills from niki, not doing anymore. Cant be trusted

does niki take this much time to credit tsspdcl bills or is this a rare case?
I did not pay tsspdcl, i paid my ugvcl and it used to take 48 hours only but this time it’s been a week and the payment is not yet credited.
So i paid rs 10 on amazon on Thursday to check and the 10 are successfully credited today.
Any update on this? Is TSSPDCL site showing bill paid for anyone, for payments made from Niki? I have one bill due today and I am wondering if I should pay from Niki or not.
better to avoid niki bro as of now taking too long
TSSPCDL, TSNPDCl, APSPDCL sites got hacked in 1st week of this month. this issue may be because of that

Such a bad move by Niki, its not yet updated in ts site. i paid on 7th May, they took enough time to post trxn.
Now, I had to pay the bill again at ttspdcl site as today is due date, I paid without any offers..
I lost offers due to this idiotic Niki app….

Please allow us 03-05 working days to receive payment confirmation from your electricity board although the payment got processed immediately from our end. Once it is done, it should automatically reflect in your electricity account and you can download the receipt from the respective electricity board. We are trying to improve this process so that users get a faster update about the bill payments and avoid any kind of confusion.

paid on 10th May .. still not reflecting @ tsspdcl website.. paid another bill manually at counter and it got updated on tsspdcl website in a day.. so i don’t think there’s any issue with tsspdcl website (even paytm payments are automatically getting updated on tsspdcl).. issue is with niki 
what to do guys only 1 day left for me for last day of bill payment. seems many of them are in same position. i raised ticket lets see what they reply
My payzapp amount also not reflecting. But i got cashback on 18 may.

Except for Paytm, bills paid via any other avenue do not seem to have been updated in TSSPDCL site. Could be a TSSPDCL issue.

Check on tsspdcl site. It will show total amount paid this month
Just now contacted billdesk team, there are saying that there is some issue with billdesk. They said to mail them the transaction ID @ [email protected]

same happen to me i paid 10 rs from those code used account and it took 8 days to reflect in my account normally it is 2 days
and paid 1020 more bill on 11th may from a fresh niki account and payment is not yet credited on biller’s side
