TV/monitor to view mi security cameras

I have bought mi security camera, for viewing those cameras I can use ‘mi home’ app from play Store, in mobiles. Possible same way in Android TVs.

But want to see in small screen in the shop. For that what do I need, at lesser price ?!
- 24 inch monitor (then how your that app in this ?! )
- or 24 inch smart TV (side loading of Mi home app possible ?
- or only 24 inch Android TV possible ?

Any lesser inch TV possible ?

about it:
that mi security cameras are capable of capturing full hd, and works only with per connection. and with/without internet, It can work.
