TV with Seller warranty

How sellers at eBay are able to sell TVs at such a low price.

I am planning to buy a TV and price at eBay intimidates me. 40 inch Samsung 4K TV at Rs. 45K, seems a loot.
I am aware about vendor warranty (which means no warranty support)
But the question is What’s the catch? Are these inferior to TVs sold at local market, Flipkart, Amazon?

Fellow dimers input and past experience will help me a lot.
