Uber gift card balance not showing up.

Yesterday i have purchased gift card from Amazon and added to uber account. After that it was reflected to my account. Now while on checking no gift card is showing in my account. Is this happen to anyone. Whether it is technical glitch. My uber account is not flagged. Suggestions requested.
