Ubereats - cancelled order - refund

My brother has wrongly placed a order in ubereats and then he cancelled it within few minutes. but ubereats deducted money in paytm. When checked with customer care, they are telling they have taken the whole amount as cancellation charge since restaurant started preparing it.
Any ways to get the refund for this cancelled order?

Nope, few minutes is quite alot of time, you are not charged anything if you cancel within 10 seconds of placing or before order is confirmed (whichever is earlier)
You can file a consumer case though and fight for it (low chances of winning though)
