I have placed an order worth ₹100 but an order was cancelled stating that my number is busy.they are not refunding the amount I have placed so many orders but this is the first time I am experiencing this issue .I have given my address as well as mark my address in map also so all the deliver Agen come to the door they did even call . Customer care is helpless .

Same incident happened with me few days back. They didn’t refund my money. Swiggy is better in this kind of matter. They provide refund immediately.

If you don’t respond within 10 mins of them calling, your order is gone.. no refunds.
