Unable to add card in new paypal account, account is newly created and the card is never added before on paypal.

i tried chrome incognito mode, yet not adding or u suggesting to try on their app?
Try Virtual Machines OR Second space in Redmi phones and use browser.
I transcated on myntra with new account with DBS Debit Card. First transaction failed and 600 casback voucher was seized.
After talking to CC they told me to transaction again and said my 2nd transaction will be considered for cashback.
I did my 2nd transaction and I have not recieved my 600 cb voucher. Its been more than a week now. I talked to CC gain and they are just saying cashback is under process.
Should I trust them for the cashback or return my myntra order?
It will not happen, since first trans failed. its better to cancel
