Unable to recharge unlimited Rs. 399 pack using main balance on my Vodafone number

I am trying since last 2 days to recharge my number using my main balance. I have 423 in my main balance and trying to recharge for Rs. 399 only. Tried all the numbers but it’s not working.
Anyone else facing the same issue?

Try Vodafone app.
No option of using main balance there too

399 recharge isn’t available using main balance i guess. 458 or 459 is available

Then You See Recharge Thru Balance Option (Which Is 5)
So Press 5 Now
You Will Get List Of All Available Options Under Different Categories

Vodafone really should fuxing sort this issue out. It should be a very easy thing to do and should work every time, recharging from main balance and that should be applicable on ALL PLANS! Another thing is the advanced recharge, wherein you recharge for a plan in advance and that plan should be queued and activates automatically upon your current plan’s expiry.
They on purpose don’t give this facility. This was one of the major reason i ported out to Jio.
