Unable to see Amazon pay gift card on airtel app

Hi,

I’ve completed my kyc with the airtel payments bank and am still not able to see amazon gift card in the gift card section of the airtel app. There are a few people who can see it always. Is there something that I need to do to get the option to buy amazon gift card?
I’m able to see other gift vouchers like big bazaar and all. Just amazon is missing for me.
