HI Dimers,

From some months now, I am unable to see any offer by any merchant under various categories in Amazon

The offers which are very generic in nature (those also ) and prime specific oiffers also ( I am a prime member)

For example : we have one offer of Win Rs 10 to Rs 100 on a minimum order of 99 on Box8. (this offer is available to all users irrespective of prime) but still I am unable to see under my offers section in amazon and unable to collect it.

Does it mean they have blocked my account for offers? I have been trying to explain them on mail n calls but they dont get the issue. Thanks to their pathetic customer care in this case . Just wanted to know if anyone else also has faced same issue or got it resolved?

Do u sign in multiple accounts from a single device or u login with this account in multiple devices… May be they locked with that history

all other accounts on the same device are working fine.. only this has problems. Not many. Would have logged in 2-3 devices max

May b if they linked same card / address in multiple accounts… That’s their only way of finding duplicate and remove offers

That account has been blacklisted by Amazon’s fraud alert system.i have one such account too.we can’t do anything in this case.if you have any amazon pay bal in that account consume the amount , create a new account using that same mobile number with another mail id.

+1 Delete this account & create new account after few days with same number . You will get offers again .

  • Contact Amazon Customer care through chat/call . They send account closer link . Fill that form & submit . You will get reply in next 48 hours .
  • Better ,  submit account closer form & after 2-3 working days call cc & request to delete account permanently .

Delete account also removes prime subscription na…. If u get back with same number v still get prime back or they ll refund on pro rate ?!

EXACTLY : Facing the same issue. I am going to try : Deleting Account → Recreating with same number. Lets see if i get merchant offers again.

Question: Has anyone tried this method .. Will It allow recreation with same number again. If YES: then will it show merchant-offers?

closing and opening another account using same number doesn’t help. I already tried with my brother’s number ..i think amazon allows fixed no. of accounts per device after that no offers smile

It may be once a number is blacklisted it remains in blacklist for long period

Leave that account for few months. Use all balance, don’t do any transaction from that account, deregister UPI, Delete all cards, etc.
