UPI page not acceting password (Amazon Pay)

I have set up new upi using in amazon pay. But when it reach the final page, bhim page is not accepting password. Even if I click, password not appearing in the dashes. So is there cooling period like 24 or 48 hours after setting upi id?
I have the same issue in Axis bank upi before and it got solved automatically.

I think 24hrs.
Yesterday I created a new phonepe account and I made a transaction of RS 250 and the transaction is successful. Again I tried make another transaction and payment is not successful and it showed like wait for 24hrs because of newly created upi id
