I can’t speak for other wallets but some of the unconsumed money which I originally added to my Ola Money wallet way back in early November 2015 is still alive and accessible. It’s been more than 6 months and I did not add any new funds to this Ola account since Nov ’15.

Do I need to get written proof of the same from cc? or above comments suffice for claim if they actually deducted?

People who lost the money may be involved with multiple transactions or violated some T&C or even has more than 10,000 Rs in the wallet. Don’t know what may be the exact reason
