urgent help about freecharge

hi, i cannot login my account always getting this error:- “There was a problem with your request. Can you please try again?”
also cannot login from freecharge app.. problem since 4-5days..

when i complaint on freecharge customer care..

they ask me to share my below details -
1. Last attempted Date
2. Channel type
3. Migration Status

What is Channel type and Migration Status ?? anyone tell me..
