as in my previous post i share abut laptop now laptop is picked by ebay and from last 20 days it cant deliver to seller and they always said wait for 24 hour to 48 hours becoz of them i m not able to office work and cant concentraate on anything due to them i have 4 off leaves which is deducted from my salary and have lots of tension too i also send letter to ebay grievance team mumbai they said same thing pls tell what to do should i file FIR or case in consumer court OR both pls guide me

Proper application we can’t write ?? By itself I tired from eBay now they fool me

Ebay has gone to the dogs, Period! One of my orders was pending for 20 days and returned back to seller. No signs of refund even after 10 days. Absolutely horrendous service. When i wrote to them complaining about refund, the dumb asses from ebay customer care replies back saying " We are looking into your coupon not received problem". Forget about resolving issues, ebay pricks can’t even read a damn email properly. Wonder where they hire such smart alec’s from? 
Ya they r like robots repeating same thing wanna teach them a lesson and want my refund with compensation

you can file a FIR online..for case in consumer court you need a lawyer who can write a proper application.
