Bhai tension mat le koi bhi headphone ek baar kharid lo toh warranty card toh milta hai but aajtak kisi ne usko use nai kiya hai … 679rs ke liye itna dimag lagayega toh ho gaya tera bedagarg

Bro unless u go for reputed audio companies like sennheiser or jbl, etc, all these companies cc is almost similar! So i dont think it matters much

they took over BPL mainly for its distribution network and aftersales network.. not as much for the brand itself.
Now their other labels like smartbuy and others are managed by older BPL after sales and some pathetic outsourced agency.
Even that agency simply has tie-up with local mechanics and shops.
Thus Smartbuy, as a brand doesn’t have good support.
