Vibe K5 plus doesn’t have VOLTE support
Yureka plus support VoLTE but according to yuplay forums, VoLTE works with only one specific rom and Yureka isnt a great device when it comes to performance n battery
Lenovo K6 power has got some good specs and it will be supporting VoLTE and price would be around 8k but it wont be launching anytime soon

You can try Redmi 2 prime [if u can get unboxed for less than 5k]
Redmi Note 3 16GB @ 8.5k [amazon – hdfc]

Micro Sim + Nano Sim / Micro Sim + MicroSD card

Lyf water 7 is okay but these Lyf devices are shit, poor software optimization

Don’t worry about volte as its just a software feature. Jiojoin app does what Volte feature does. Of course you can prefer inbuilt Volte feature. Decide the phone on Band compatibility(B3,B5,B40) and RAM size, processor speed,price..etc.

Jio Join and Volte are not the same, please don’t say that. Jio Join is there just to keep backward compatibility. In reality VOLTE will give you reliability and clarity just like the normal 2G/3G calls. And JioJoin will be like that of Whatsapp/Skype calls.

Back to your Question.. Redmi 3S (6999) has Volte, 16GB internal and 2GB of RAM, ticks off all your requirements. Additionally its got Snapdragon processor, 4.1k mah battery and aluminium body.

Now since you are already looking into Vibe k5 plus which costs 8.5k, definitely look in the Redmi 3S Prime at 8999 price.. you will get 32GB internal, 3GB ram, fingerprint sensor over the non Prime as mentioned beforehand.

And believe me you will fall in love with miui (to name a few features: call recording, iphone like UI, App lock, thousands of themes etc..), also development support is good.
