Im using videocon d2h 1 year subscription plan.. and my plan ends in 2 days ! Also i got msg from videocon today that “my 1yr plan is discontinued and i need to pay 183+tax for FTA channels with 1 south regional pack”.
I have Rs. 100 in d2h balance ! my doubt is "will they deduct money from the account balance and activates plan per daily basis or they stop service fully ? "
Also tell me the best way to utilize this account balance ( bcoz i heard they charge more than regular price from account balance if we have not activated any plan means ! Is that true? )

Unless you select a different pack they will activate above pack and deduct balance on daily basis.
The daily basis charges are equal to monthly pack or more than that ? (Ie.. if my monthly pack charges is 190 means will they deduct 190/30=6.33 on daily basis?)
I think You Should Contact CC bcuz this is something new which is not yet faced by anyone here.
And do let us know also
