BSNL offer is actually good if you have nice 3G network like we have in Punjab (at least in the areas I have to stay in). So I went for 2099 recharge via selfcare this time after adding balance on Jan 21st, 2019. 6.21GB/day till April 30, 2019 (if not extended again). After that 4GB/day. I hope BSNL 3G which is 10 Mbps+ don’t go down. 4G launch is nearing in Punjab cities as network live at some places in Chandigarh. In some circles BSNL 3G is as dead as 2G even near tower. lol But here they are King. Active users on BSNL in Punjab are less and that’s the reason for this good speed. Most towers are connected with fiber.

In Delhi/NCR BSNL is hell on 2g it’s having problem like call drop or unclear voice. And in my contacts few government employees having BSNL as their official number & it was at most of the time live as unreachable (peaceful for them & that’s why they never complained about BSNL network).
So in general we can’t even think to use BSNL as per current scenario

lol 398rs pack costs lesser, why anyone invest that much money? 
For those who wanna not invest their brain materials behind nonsense things like mobile recharge and shites like that dude. I myself prefer long-term stuffs, but the 399 plans generally last 84 days, so that means only recharging like four times a year, that’s okay for me. Also last time got like 150 cashback on 399 through My Airtel app, so just think about the effective price.
Vodafone network by the way is far superior where I live (Calcutta adjourning area), compared to Jio, so unless Vodafone increases the 399 plan I’m definitely sticking with it. Also Google said yesterday that VoLTE patch will be released for Pixels for Vodafone (and airtel) customers, so that’ll just additionally sweeten things up.

Vodafone signal is pathetic in my area. Forget about 4G, I don’t receive call when I am on 2G.
It connects after 2-3 trials. I can see full signal bar. Complained many times but they don’t fix anything.
Mention the area sir, it helps others.
The exact same scenario for my area is with India’s fastest network, airtel.
LMAO.
Problem is, no network gives adequate coverage throughout all areas. So if you are on the move, you are forced to carry all four – Jio, Airtel, Voda and BSNL.
