I am on vodafone postpaid. I got Amazon prime free for 1 year in my postpaid plan. Now, 1 year is over and they automatically renewed my Prime subscription and charged me ₹999.😢😢

You must have auto renew enabled in your account.
Ask for refund if you do not want to renew. Amazon will provide refund.
Talked to vodafone, they processed refund
all these 1 year free offers by Voda, airtel, BSNL etc comes with clause of auto renewal unless specifically deactivated by the user
