just like that, I got this notification today morning about 1gb/day for 7 days on my primary Vodafone number.

I was worried that they have screwed up something and my ₹200+ balance & outgoing validity till 2021 is gone. USSD showed the same. Then installed the app and found everything is in order and activr plan is this 1gb/day offer.

anyone else received such offers? is this a trick to slowly push my number to pay ₹150 or so for this free plan after the free plan validity is over? anyone has experienced such stuff?

how come you have validity till 2021?? prepaid max recharge option is for 1 year I guess!! but still it cant extend beyond 2020!! hushed

They activate it randomly on less active nos. Got it a few times in most my Vodafone ones. Idea does the same as well.
P.S. Your no. is of Karnataka? The 20 topups extend service validity? Didn’t work in my Idea no. which had identical offer.

Yes – KA. 2021 is the validity it’s showing as “outgoing and data services validity” for me. I haven’t done anything to extend it. I hope it continues to remain so smile I guess I have paid them plenty earlier when I had this number as postpaid toungueout
