Vodafone idea cellular deducted 10 for *123# dial without info !

Hello everyone,
I have an idea connection, these days idea deducting balance without information. I use to dial *123# from bsnl & airtel etc to check balance.
on idea its *121#. But balance never deducted just by dialing *123#. There are always options to charge for services in next pop up menu. But now idea deducted 10 Rs. just on *123# . 
.
Please beware everyone on AVOID these days. They have huge tax to pay.

What is the frc in Bsnl?
I’ll probably port out from Airtel as soon as I’m done with the current plan.

BSNL 74₹/75₹ gives 180 days validity. Can be activated through main balance also. Please check with your circle before proceed.

if its *121# for Idea, why did you dial *123#
it is possible that this code represents some other service for Idea
