P.S. – I have done Rs 999/- recharge on my 2 vodafone no’s on 2nd dec 2019.

Possibility of closure is less (at present) but in long run it may be sure (1-2 yrs guaranteed for company existence)
Heard that government gave 2 yrs time to repay the pending amount and warned not to close company on issues like this since it affects major people.
Toh unka kya jinhone saal saal ke recharge karadale 
I too have recharged my phone for 1 year & that to 2 mobile no’s…
Anyway Vodafone Idea will atleast go for minimum 6 months as per provision of IBC.
Edit : Also, TRAI will issue some notifications in case of any adverse situation like It did in case of reliance communications..
Kr do band, no use of such companies with least transparency.
Idea was still better before the merger but Voda ruined it completely.
True ! The only fear is if Vodafone closes idea also need to go ! 
What about balance available. I have 1600 balance can i transfer balance to bank if this happen?
“One thing is sure that u can’t transfer balance to your Bank account bcoz Telecom providers are not financial institution (or Wallet service provider)”.
However u can use your balance for future recharges or can transfer balance to other Mobile no. [Max Rs 30/- & that to at service charge of Rs 4/-]
It’s almost impossible for them to be shut down because the industry will move towards monopoly (actually duopoly) and it’ll affect the customers too badly and will be exploitative.
The Government ideally shouldn’t want that and will try their best for it to not close down 
Also we can’t say that BSNL has a very competitive edge towards the wireless sector and it’ll affect a lot lot of customers probably would create a new history in the telecom sector
It’ll in some way or the other affect the Government in a negative way
Lastly it’ll affect India’s worthiness as a whole and no body would want to invest in us 
If Vodafone Idea goes away then even Jio will start looting it’s unimaginable
But looking from Finance perspective Vodafone Idea had reported a record loss of Rs 50,921 crore for the September quarter which is actually HUGE.

Now, if government gives relief then public ka paisey pai Dheeng Chaak Dheeng Chaak???
Where were the money gone from Vodafone and Idea when they were looting customer (Rs 300 for 1 GB )?
In just two years they lost everything?
Exactly years /decades of insane looting and suddenly say they became beggars, how?

People talking above don’t know the F of Finance and are explaining things like they are masters at it. They just want to abuse AVOID be it this way or that way but they don’t know that even Jio has to pay AGR. It’s just that because they entered the market 2-3 years ago so they have to make less payment towards AGR and that’s not impacting their books too much whereas for AVOID the issue is under litigation from past 2 decades so the amount is huge and impacting their books heavily.
Edit: For those abusing AVOID for not making provision for it, why was Jio too not making provision for it in their books of accounts?

agar AGR ki thodi bhi tension hoti in companys ko to ye hike hoti hi nahi.
