Vodafone making fool of innocent customers

When we take a postpaid connection, we are told mostly that we have to keep that for 90 days  Before we can convert it into prepaid. However for converting it into prepaid there is no such rule that we have to keep it for 90 days. Vodafone stores simply tell that because they get an incentive when a customer keeps his number in postpaid for 3 months or three Bills . So just to save their incentive the Vodafone stores do not convert to prepaid. Customers fall into prey thinking that it is a Company rule however they do not know that there is no such rule and this is just fooling  strategy by the Vodafone stores.

yes there is a verbal rule, however if you go and make a scene and shout in their gallery, things will get done
I have got done myself, and also seen people doing it.
This happened in front of me –
A guy went to gallery,as his sim was not detecting, the executive over there, got his sim changed from prepaid to postpaid without telling him, without his permission.
The guy had to fight got 2-3 more people with him to scream, the executive who converted it to postpaid had to pay the bill for 1 days use and convert it back to prepaid

Yes, I Was Once In Vodafone Store For VoLTE Issue.
A Old Man Came To Pay His Postpaid Bill. As There Was Long Of People On The Billing Counter, He Sat Next To Me. I Started The Conversation.. Kya Issue Hua Hai And All That.. He Replied Came Here For Bill Payment. Then I Asked Him Then You Must Using Too Much Phone And Data. he Was Reply Was No .. Only Once Or Twice In A Day As I Am Fruit Seller And I Get Much Time. Upon Asking Why You Choose Postpaid, He Replied Executive Told Me This The Best Plan And Cheap Also When I Was Taking New Connection.

Then I Went To Explain All Shit And Also Guided Him To Convert His To Prepaid And Save Bucks. And Then I Was With Him Till The Sim Was Changed To Prepaid.

Gareebo Ko Loot Kya Milega Aise Companies Ko Pata Nhi. Executives Should Guide Customers As per Their Need And Budget Rather Pitching Anything Just For The Sake Their Incentives.

I had experienced the same
I went to store to convert my Aircel postpaid and that time store manager told me "You need to change it to postpaid and then after 90 days in prepaid "
I said show this me in writing or any link to such rule .
They hesitated and I raised my voice .Got the prepaid connection through porting within a week .
When I raised voice , 2-3 people behind me understood the thing and people straightforward asked for prepaid only and not postpaid.
It’s good thing to raise voice against such cheap tactics.

Conversion from postpaid to prepaid is also treated as “porting”. There is a minimum 90 days requirement for porting.
Yes, all executives push for postpaid at the time of taking connection. One needs to firmly say that he wants only prepaid or don’t want to take any connection at all and will leave.
