Wallet with physical card option and credit card load money

Hi all,
I applied for SBI SimplyClick credit card recently and got it this week. It gives ~1.25% worth reward points on all online transactions – which is better than even AMEX – my highest reward point rated card till date for general transactions.
While exploring how to get same points for offline transactions also, I got this idea of using a wallet that provides physical card option. I remember at least paytm wallet used to provide before paytm bank, but now I only see physical debit card option linked to paytm bank account and no physical card option linked to paytm wallet account. I know pockets provides physical card option, but can’t add money through credit cards.
Let me know, if you know of any wallet which provide physical card to spend from wallet balance and credit card add money is supported.

Not looking to transfer credit card account to bank account. Looking for options to spend offline in physical swipe machines using online loaded balance.

Just an update to this old thread. Got TMW card as suggested by @_One_Miller_ – just serves the purpose. Very good card and wallet – load through SBI SimplyClick and spend offline. I even load exact amount using TMW app while billing at the shop counter

As you have AMEX card, please try & let me know if it works in TMW to load money?
Which TMW card variant you got?
And TMW also gives Reward Points on transactions, but it’s very low. For you it’s extra Rewards..
Minimum redemption is 100 points = ₹5.
Just check rewards section in TMW app for more information.
