I transacted a sum of 750 on Walnut for getting 10℅ cashback (and I still regret it) on 14th October 2016. . After repeated mails also Walnut didnt reply. Then rating the app at 1 star got me a reply a day later.
It stated that as they can see the transaction failed and it will be refunded by my bank. But the bank never bothers as it has been debited from my bank.
So if anyone can guide me for getting the refund from walnut or my bank please do help.
My bank is HDFC. Please guide me through a process .
