Want to start a Courier Service in my city

I need suggestions from dimers who own a courier franchisee .
As festival season is coming so iam thinking to start courier business .
Iam ready to take any like Bluedart DHL Aramex etc.
So please someone guide me how to take and what are the requirements .
Most importantly , will this business be profitable for me as i have to take and deliver parcels .
In my city only DTDC and a few like Maruti courier and Blazeflash are available .

Purely Temporary?

There was a peak time for Bluedart Couriers etc., the local guy started earning from 20,000 a month to appx 1.5 lakh a month.. got to know from a close friend.

But now the competition has increased…no of companies increased …every one knows margins!

Sure? If you have enough confidence and have done market survey for your area..then go ahead.

Start money delivery from one place to another even collecting for COD. I had this idea a few years back then some guy started this service(in RJ or GJ, IIRC). I decided to wait and watch then lost track along with my work.
