Warning: Baroda MClip blocks virtual card for loading with different cards

This is just to warn you guys about a critical issue which was experienced by me as well as another dimer.
Baroda MClip (Wibmo) is blocking the wallet virtual card if you load money with even 2-3 different cards. They blocked my account for loading through only three different Ticket Compliments prepaid cards over a month. I did that only so I could combine my smaller denomination prepaid cards (1K, 2K, etc.) into one large value card for a transaction of around 8K.
Their call center agent asked me to send the statements for each of those cards. When I escalated the issue to their call center manager, he reiterated the same. I was also told that the funds would NOT even be refunded to the source card/account if I fail to provide the statements.
I was able to provide them the Ticket Compliments card statements after registering the cards on EdenRed. The cards were purchased from GiftCardsIndia via Shopclues so I did not have any need to register on EdenRed until then. Eventually, they unblocked my MClip virtual card 2 business days after I provided them a screenshot of the transaction history from EdenRed. The crazy thing was that the MClip wallet account was fully operational otherwise — I was able to login, load more money, etc.
When I did some research later, I discovered that all such blocked/unverified funds are transferred to some central government fund after a certain period as per RBI’s rules. 
Although they did unblock my wallet virtual card after I provided them the card statements, I have decided to stay away from MClip from now on. I suggest you do the same, especially if you load frequently via other wallet virtual cards or prepaid bank cards. Moreover, such things might soon apply to other wallets as well. Beware!

Is m clip wallet allowing me user registration ???
Not at all passing through sign up.
When contacted me given in playstore, the guy told, this app is stored since February 2018…
I don’t have account in Bob, just creating wallet. @Tejaa

Thanks for the info about mClip. Things are getting dicier by the minute even in the Wallet universe.
I wonder how one can get statements for Oxi VCs since they are not visible even on the Oxi APP.
If these people hate VCC so much why do they give it in first place idk

but i am absolutely shocked and surprised 
after hearing all this. i mean mclip is frm BOB, a bank who was never so concern abt security. well a dumb bank who doesn’t even asks for otp while transacting online, in today world where even a 14 yrs old kid can crack yur password nowadays, is it safe to transact with BOB cards,just enter yur pass and done no security, i stopped using BOB from last 7-8 months bcoz i felt its not so secure to use online. i am very surprised to see such high security for mclip wallet seeing its from BOB who doesn’t even asks for otp, every bank asks for otp SBI,UBI, OBC 
even shitty wallet like mobikwik asks for otp

So in my payzapp I have 50 cards and its a verified account. Why will you play with non kyc account if you are a big player as in no of cards.

FYI
- IOB visa debit card just asks for visa password to be entered. And even if we select “forgot password” , it just needs ATM pin to reset password. No OTP required.
*About an year ago, dena bank visa debit card was asking for only visa password, and then they automatically moved to OTP.

I guess such security checks are there only because Wibmo (=Enstage — a relatively old and established player in this domain) is running the wallet for BOB.
Finally got the refund of 10k after 20 days,
Guys DO NOT use this wallet at any cost, They don’t need any reason to block your wallet,
They blocked me for just using two cards, what is the wallet for when we can’t even use two cards ?
Btw never dare to load money via any VCC, because they asks statement in “pdf file” so “screenshot” will not work here

Is it illegal to use prepaid cards bought to transfer into bank? Just curious to know for my information. Anyone any idea?
