But Agarwal admitted that it could be a while before India became as big a market as the US for Amazon, despite the spectacular rate of growth—150 percent year after year—it has been logging in India.
“Amazon globally has (earnings) USD 150-200 billion; India’s entire retail market is USD 500 billion, Amazon US is a very big market built over many years. If we execute well in India there is no reason, why India should not be at least the largest after the US, the selection on Amazon US is ten times that of Amazon India, it ships in 13 minutes, millions of Prime members have access to items shipped in an hour" Agarwal says.

No brother. I feel perfectly happy that they said 100 years. Because I have a very different vision of this world after 2000 years.
The humans will be far more conscious and truly human. There wont be anything like United states or India but a world as one, as it really is and practically should be. There will be no boundaries and so no wars. People will be free to move here and there without hassles of visas and passports. This whole world will be one big culture born through continuous amalgamation of people from different places. There will be no first class people and people from third worlds 
No need investing in India then. Wherever you invest, you are investing in your own homeland.
An investment till 100 years is a nice thing because I dont think the stupid politicians all over the world will let humans grow so much in a 100 year time.
This sounds like a dream world. Although I badly want something like this to happen but my intuition says nothing of that sort is gonna happen. There will be only a few languages spoken by that time and only a few wealthiest nations will survive.

The good thing is that if Amazon kept on giving such price and code errors, more than half of its investment will be eaten by DD looters
