now a days lot of weighing scale (body weight) available with bluetooth, so you can connect and know your weight and progress, as it store data in mobile or cloud.

Ignore fancy weighing machines. Buy the glass-top weighing machines available on eBay for around 400-600. I have purchased three such machines over the years (for different locations) and none have malfunctioned so far.

As for tracking, keep a written log or simply take a picture (of the display while standing on the machine) once every week. CC @desibuddy @dealsondeal
