Ok. Kidding aside ….

I found that adding few drops ( 2-5 drops) of dish washing liquid per 100 ml of Handwash liquid  would increase the efficiency of Handwash ( efficiency to remove and to kill COVID-19 by destroying it’s fat/ lipid   outer layer)  quite a lot;  as they are   (they contain) one of the most powerful cleaning agent ( surfactants)  found in every household. Don’t add too much, it would make your skin rough.

Don’t know if it falls under creative category.  It was my intuition at first. Later confirmed with online research.

Co-working spaces with tie-ups made with various corporates.

Amidst the covid19 lockdown is an opportunity to look into, many companies would soon realise the amount they could save with remote resources rather than providing physical space for employees. Most companies shell out at least 12k to 15k per employee per month for the physical infrastructure facilities provided and this can be saved. Apart from that, consider the time of commute and efforts needed.

Companies might soon experiment requesting few of their employees to work as remote resources or provide limited space for each team and request them to commute to work on a rotational basis so as to ensure a limited number of employees only are at workplace on any given day.

Take it as an opportunity and build a place such as WeWork but exclusively for corporates. Handle all the physical infra works for corporates and bill them on per seat basis.

Extending it further. One of the major burnout remote resources face is lack of interaction with peers in person, this will eventually make their life boring. Build a co-working space cum coffee shop with a semi-formal ambiance and meeting rooms. Provide per hour, per day and flexible seating options so that they can start using such co-working spaces when they are bored to work from home. Having a mix of coffee shop cum office ambiance will help attract users who are not regular employees as well.

There was such co-working space that was started in some Canadian city few years ago. They experimented billing users by the hour and provide half of it as food credits in their coffee shop. Cool idea to experiment with.

Isn’t it already been here in India for last couple of years. I remember seeing this since 2016.

And 15k/employee/month? Are you talking about USA or India?? 🤔 As this is the average salary of an Indian workforce.
