What are consequences of taking loans from apps

I was doing my research and found out that taking loans from India bulls, paysense,kishtt and credit bee could have negative impact on cibil I read on complaints forum that even after paying on time these companies do not update cibil report and loans stays open even after full repayment .

I took 50k loan from early salary 1yr back… Paid emis fully… Even though it doesn’t show any dues pending in cibil , it shows as open till today and they don’t care to close it at all

I took loan from dhani app and they closed mine without any problem
