Hello,
Needed some clarity. Already have internet access and checked, still unclear.
Not looking for Quora or other pasted answers .
in edible oils, how are physically refined oils different than other types?
are ALL physical refining processes same?
or some better than others?
for mustard, groundnut, sesame: are cold pressed oils good enough or do physically refined oils have advantage?
any local brands that manufacture (manufactured, marketed by same company/brand) such physically refined oils. (no imported ingredients or raw material. should be from local crop ONLY).
Thanks for inputs.

Use mustard oil for cooking to stay healthy.
Cold Pressed Oils should be used instead of refined oils.
You can refer to this video on oils in Indian Market
cold pressed oil are “eatable” oil. Oil that can be consumed in their natural form without any harm to your body. That includes Mustard, Coconut, Seasame, Olive (virgin) etc.
Oils that can not be naturally extracted or eaten in their natural form are “edible” oil which require use of chemical solvents to extract the oil and then refining to remove the solvent.
Eatable oils are better than edible oil any day.
Use physically extracted oils if you wish to live 10 years longer

Any oil that has been “refined” is not good…
There must be a reason why Nature didn’t refine the oils for us.
