What is with Flipkart Feedback to its delivery Guys ?

so, what is the reward system of customer’s feedback to flipkart delivery guys ?
Is it calculated daily and incentive paid accordingly to them ?
Asking this because delivery guys always remind me to give feedback 2-3 times in a day after delivery of the product . today also a delivery guy called me and he is very sad that his today’s feedback was lower than the average.

may be he is calling everyone to confirm his feedback.
any idea how it works for them ?

Yes, they get incentive for positive feedback plus regular positive feedback helps to get better salary alot and then eventually get promotion.
So give out your feedback be it good, bad or ugly as per your experience. 
and they will be promoted to what profile? supervisor.

in my case he was asking me to share the feedback link with him… so that he can write feedback for himself…?
