never done any kind of kyc. not even mini kyc. im able to pay electricity bills directly via bank credit/debit cards / internet banking. im also able to buy paytm gift vouchers in paytm gift voucher section in passbook and use the same for bill payments.
i will be not be able to use paytm wallet? means i will not be able to receive and send money right? pls correct me if im wrong. tia.

Must be an old account. Wallet needs kyc.. at least miniKYC, so “not active”.
Good to know that account works without wallet service. 
BTW, you can activate it by any xyz credentials (from internet) bro to avail the CB benefits. 😍
I have two account pending with KYC, in both account I have electricity unused coupon.
One year completed after mini KYC.
Is it possible to do KYC with same adhar for two account.

Yes , you will not be able to send/receive money . For non kyc account no cashback , Only goldback .
