Is there any item which you find expensive but however own it for some reason?
Mention the product below and if possible tell us why you own or need it.
I had purchased a WD Elements 1TB External HDD (https://www.amazon.in/WD-Elements-Portable-Exte...) for Rs 4000.
I needed it desperately as the laptop I owned had very little storage capacity and I wanted to store my favorite series, movies and other personal stuff
I’ll copy paste the comment, I posted on Reddit -
I always wanted a Pixel phone. I loved the cameras they have. So I bought the Pixel 2 during the sale which cost me 34k with cashback. it’s my most expensive phone purchase till now, but I’ll say it’s worth it. Love the android experience, the camera, the UI is so smooth, miss the headphone jack but I got an Bluetooth adapter which changes the normal headphones into bluetooth headphones so it’s fine. Overall it’s looking like a worth it purchase for me till now.
Totally agree with you on the Pixel experience.
Last year I got a Pixel for myself while I was waiting for my iPhone X. Loved it to bits but still moved on to iPhone X. I couldn’t stand using the iPhone X for more than 3 weeks so ditched it eventually and got a Pixel 2XL for myself.
The hardware isn’t perfect with Pixel 2XL and they have terrible quality control too but it all fades off when we consider the overall experience it provides. Beautiful devices and I am loving it a lot. The camera is just damn good.
I bought an XPS 15, which cost me near to 1.4L. totally worth it. Nvme ssd with speeds upto 3GBps,gorgeous 4k display. Damn, my laptop is my baby
one can never go wrong with ssds, rams(although price is skyrocketing right now) and whey protein
bought oneplus 6 and waited 2months for it and was without a phone for 2months..now i think i was stupid to wait for 2 months and shd have bought the oneplus 5t
kind of agreed here .. while unboxing op6 felt it significantly heavier an thus not comfortable enough
Spoiler my laptop HDD 2 years ago. Purchased an SSD 128 GB for 6k ( yeah it was that expensive that time ). Worth every penny then
The last one was OnePlus 5, a year back
Then Lenovo 520 last month.
iPhone 7 plus for my wife , a year back at 65k
Peace of mind
Those who understood know why it’s worth it
peace is the expensive thing to buy.

apple MacBook air
apple iPhone se
just love it the software is just fluid and responsive have couple of expensive android phones too but they don’t match it
Except my automatic watches, absolutely nothing. Investment behind tech stuffs is the worst thing ever, especially ducking mobile phones.
Whatsapp bought by Mark Zuckerberg, he could have simply downloaded it.
Patanjali products 😂😂😂😂
Zowie GSR mouse pad
Damn you just intrigued me to comment on this. As a gamer and also photo editor of past and someone who gets brain cancer for jittery mouse movements due to third class mouse mats i paid some 2.5k or something behind some Roccat Hiro. It’s like 2 years old now, still freaking smooth, accurate and I wash it like every 3 months and it still works like almost-new. Only one corner’s stitching is loose which was duct taped by me but for me it was a more than worthy investment, though only of 2.5k, but still.
my 45k porsche design specs.
You will find many such products on the youtube channel Unbox Therapy:
By the way my most expensive product is a bank loan.
Loan is worth it, but interest is not.
bought unbranded SMPS for PC @ 600rs in night from local nearby shop bcoz required urgently , which is not even worth 300rs , even normal brands like intex cost 600rs . same happened in case of keyboard .
so for me these items were x2 expensive but still worth it bcoz of situation with no other option .
i brought jockey chaddi & its worth it ..
my 11 year old G-Shock bought for Rs 3750, still running like a horse. Replaced battery after approx. 8 years.
manhandled it in dirt, cement, soap water, muddy water, dropped several times; the bitch just doesn’t die.
my only fear is, if it doesn’t die how would i buy a new one…
