Is it ethical to get loot items from Amazon
Points-
1. We got code it worked, so what’s wrong.
2. It was technical problem and Amazon had no intention to allow the users to use these codes.

One instance from my previous chat to Amazon cc after he cancelled the order(loot)-
Me- I had some genuine coupons of 50% cb upto 200, I got email and collected them properly.
CC- Let me check, Yes I you had 3 coupons.
Me- Can I use them on next order.
CC -We can’t guarantee that, try placing order, if it works then use otherwise we can’t do anything.

Amazon might be seeing all these issues will stop cashback and offers one day. Doing the right thing will make you always happy. Also, make a way for a better future

last month I got 3 100% cb offers on mobile recharge and collected them.
Recharged three numbers but got cb for only one recharge
on contacting cc, first they asked for screenshot, I had mailed them, even after that they started excuses and at last blatantly denied of any cb

they all are dumb fools..they didn’t even give me full refund or didn’t even unlock the cashback..am i stupid or other people are who ll take 429rs refund for 1600rs order..
It is the responsibility of Amazon to maintain their system validations and check. As a customer, if I am able to apply a coupon, company should owner it.
Amazon is loosing all its credibility in India and day is not far for it to become another snapdeal
