what to do if someone's account is got suspended by desi dime?

one of my friend’s account got suspended. the admin gave the reason that it is suspended because of self promotion. but there was no self promotion applied. now they are not not replying to any email. there was no warning given. kindly help and tell what to do now?

Firstly don’t trust blindly on your friend’s commitment , check yourself his past posts . If there was 0% self promotion involved ; post thats ss here and then Admin will look into.

if the ban is temporary, first make sure to not do that mistake again after Ur ban gets over
