What went wrong with Flipkart and Snapdeal?

I remember reading that how the oversea giant, Amazon is losing to Indian start-up Flipkart and Snapdeal. Yesterday Walmart is acquiring Flipkart for 12 billion dollars and I think a similar fate will be seen this year to Snapdeal. What did Amazon did right and Flipkart and Snapdeal wrong in the last four years?

When there are no offers on Amazon and flipkart then I buy on snapdeal some products, sometimes price is very low in comparison to Amazon and flipkart on some products

First let flopkart change their mindset, what is the point of cancelling orders with stupid reason buying not for personnel use and blocking accounts later. They are not deserved to be online seller. Worst ever I have seen.
