The money which is he is gonna get will be his monthly salary.. This is what he means….

give it to my friend, he will give 40 k per month as interest. he is running a business

P.S: this is what 5-6 of my area people doing with him.
and half of them do nothing and live on the interest money

ok here is the deal , i can guarantee for him, but will take 5-10k commision everymonth

for 2500, it is 50 to 100 commission

, there is a difference between giving loan to someone and investing. you are doing the 2nd one, so the maximum u can get is a stamped paper signed by me

May be it 1st or 2nd one in both cases guarantee should be there, he will have to mark his property worth 25lac on lien with the person who gave him money.

Put most of the money in a liquid fund or ultra short term fund, then through STP, transfer it into equity fund schemes. Do not invest in more than 5 schemes at a time.
