Speaking of home theatre, i was once gifted a very expensive home theater system by someone close to me. turns out that it required some complex installation. Had to hire a professional to get it installed by spending 10k. After the installation, with those gazillions of speakers and tweeters hanging around, my living room started resembling a studio. Eventually connected it a 40 inch VU television and the the home theater was sounding funny. Now the best showpiece in my hall is a harmon kardon home theatre.

Its an insult for Bose 50k home cinema speaker system, when u connect VU TV.
ohh
Cody sir no problem at all on my VU TVs
Using f&d soundbar with 1 tv and with other one using f&d 5.1 speaker and both I have connected via headphone jack.
I rarely watch TV but never encountered any such issue you mentioned.
You should raise a service request with VU I am sure it’s some minor issue and if still not fixed then go for the replacement.
In any case keep flipkart or from wherever you purchased informed about your issue.

Same problem in my same tv and same model :p Its normal bro
So if we want external speakers, we will have to hear this humming noise in background all way?
Buzzing sound is normal in vu tvs. What can you expect from a 16k tv? If you want good PQ, good audio, then better buy a sony tv.

those who have VU tv connected with external speakers please tell if you also face same problem.
Probable cause seems interference.
Try to find the source.
Disconnect the DTH from TV including HDMI.
Connect only the speakers to TV and play any video via USB. Do you still hear humming sound?

many dimers who own this TV are not expereicing any buzzig sound.
Why this model only because of price or quality
I’m using JbL sb350 with Vu 55 inch tv.. i was getting buzzing sound when aux cable used to connect speaker and tv.. but later moved to optical cable.. awesome … No buzzing sound anymore…
Which VU model do you have?
Mine is a VU 55K 160GAU, and i cannot find optical port on the tv.
Also, how do you get your JBL SB350 to work with the tv, as i’ve connected using the audio cable and i cant find any output on my soundbar. Please help?

Hi buddy, Can you please let me know is there anything to be changed in the TV options for the audio to come out of speakers? My speakers never work when I connect my creative E2800 2.1 to VU 40 inch smart tv
No options to change, when u connect speakers it automatically will bring sound on your speakers.
