That MNC’s do not just bring the good but the bad always outweigh and someone always pays. If not for the destruction of Libya and the refugee crisis of Europe, many would not have had the chance to move to Europe. So there is also the chance to sneak in..But do not forget the destruction of Libya the most advanced and richest African country has slave markets now and is a failed state. So your gains are not without cost. Although that part is easy to forget since you are not the one paying for it. But someone somewhere always pays for it.

There many people arrogant enough to believe their 7 figure salaries are guilt free. When people want progress they never consider the consequences of it or the long term effects.
And you are right, without progress we cant resist.. But also without collaborators things would not have gotten this bad. I cant believe so many people are so ignorant that half the world is burning and the other half is ready to blow up at any time. As long as they can loot swiggy, life is great and fulfilling.
I meant, Russia is not a suitable market for them as most businesses there is mafia owned and these businesses prefer petro-dollar based economy. Fundamentally different.
Believe me, I’ve seen many honchos leaving all that shine due to some guilt or enlightenment only. They all know what shit they have been put into, but they really are helpless to fight the socioeconomic battle, thus surrender at every point and try to live with that.
My one dear friend always reminds me this with that frog in the well story. It won’t be a matter to the frog unless it’s there around for it and it’s obvious that we can’t hope that either. We just need to live with this bitter truth. It’s hard, but there’s no other way too.
A point to ponder bro. But, the third world countries can’t help, really. Specially Western Africa and South Asia ones.. and Russians won’t allow them to grow there.. Middle East don’t need them, they just need the boutique ones or retails.
The poor needy ones like us are the ones they prey on for big time and the investment does pay back. OTOH we are very much interested on that flashy glitter part of western culture (social conditioning) that we can’t really help to follow the great American dream. Basically, we ARE the market for them.. cheap labor is a plus. And our greedy cheap politicians are just the wind to that fire.
