Which bank will provide best rates for outward remittance of approx USD 800

Hello dimers.
I want to make an outward remittance of US dollars 800 via paypal.The paypal conversion charges are very high. My icici bank charges also end up being excessively irrational.
Suggest me any other method or bank card which will charge the lowest conversion charges. Thanks
